Diggers Rest Recreation Reserve and Pavilion

Melton City Council in partnership with the Victorian Government’s Growing Suburbs Fund and Community Sports Infrastructure Stimulus Program are delivered a new Community and Sporting Pavilion at the Diggers Rest Recreation Reserve and upgrades to oval 2 and surrounds.

The project commenced in November 2021 and was completed in March 2024.

The works includes demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new pavilion to accommodate sporting and community facilities.
