Free green waste disposal - 13 November 2024 to 15 January 2025

Available to all residents (homeowners and renters) in the City of Melton, dispose of your household green (garden) waste free at the Melton Recycling Facility (MRF) between 13 November 2024 and 15 January 2025.

Free green garden waste conditions apply:

• No mixed loads are allowed (green garden waste only)
• Limbs and branches up to 30cm in diameter
• No commercial operators or commercial loads will be accepted
• For safety, vehicle limits apply - trucks are not permitted
• Proof of residency required - Photo ID with address or photo ID and a utility bill.

The Melton Recycling Facility is open 7 days a week 8am to 4.30pm except Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
