Young Communities provides a variety of free and low-cost opportunities for young people aged 12 to 25 to upskill and strengthen their employability.

Barista & basic café skills - (15 to 25 years of age)
BOOKED OUT
Barista is a practical course designed to prepare people for work in the vibrant café scene or for further training.
In this course, you will operate a commercial espresso machine, learn about the origins of coffee, make a range of coffees, improve your job-ready skills and increase your confidence.
This is a non-accredited course.

Construction Induction - White Card (15 to 25 years)
BOOKED OUT
Acquire National Accreditation and approval to work on construction sites. Participants will learn about Work Health and Safety processes and legislative regulations surrounding construction, hazards and risks with a particular interest in Victorian Construction in relation to the Australian Building Industry.
