Hi my name's Heidi Richter, I'm a transwoman and I'm passionate about helping others feel comfortable in our community feeling at home for me means feeling safe comfortable and connected with my community the city of Melton gives me a feeling of being home by feeling safe respected and loved in in the community I contribute to Melton feeling like home for me by encouraging others to be to feel safe to be um respected and feel loved I do my best to make sure that everyone feels um seen and heard and um I greet everyone with a smile and a friendly good morning the City of Melton.
