Melton LGBTIQA+ Resources
We are committed to fostering inclusivity, diversity, and support for the LGBTIQA+ community in our municipality. This is echoed in the current Council and Wellbeing plan in which Council supports community wellbeing framed by principles of public health and health promotion. We are committed to supporting those communities who may not have fair and equal access to resources, in which it has included Melton’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and asexual (LGBTIQA+) community.
This Resource Page serves as a centralised hub, providing valuable information, support services, and resources tailored to your needs.
You will find comprehensive information on your rights, access to support services, resources for health and well-being, educational materials, and a calendar of local events and celebrations. We are dedicated to promoting awareness, understanding, and acceptance among our broader population.
Explore the sections and make use of the valuable resources available. We encourage your feedback and suggestions to better support you. Together, we can create a vibrant and inclusive community for all.
