Heritage Study (Melton Council) 2018
Melton City Council commissioned the Melton Heritage Assessment Project which was prepared in 2018 to assess 13 places to determine whether they warrant inclusion in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay in the Melton Planning Scheme.
The heritage assessment recommended nine of the places should be included in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay.
The nine places were added to the Schedule to Heritage Overlay by Amendment C198 to the Melton Planning Scheme.
