2024 Local Government Council election period

From 12pm Tuesday 17 September 2024, Melton City Council entered into an Election Period (caretaker) prior to the 26 October 2024 Council election.
During the Election Period, we are limited to the types of information we can publish to avoid potential breaches of the Local Government Act 2020.

Heritage Study (Melton Council) 2012

Melton City Council commissioned a Heritage Study to add the house at 161 Bulmans Road, Melton West to the Heritage Overlay in 2012.

A Statement of Significance was created for the site and the house was added to the Heritage Overlay (HO127) by Amendment C113 to the Melton Planning Scheme.
