The Exchange - Atherstone

The Exchange is an employment and skilling initiative based within Lendlease’s Atherstone estate in Cobblebank, Victoria.

We are the facilitator between local people and local jobs, training and skills development opportunities, whilst working closely with local Business within the City of Melton and surrounding western suburbs of Melbourne to assist them finding the right staff.

Linking Local People to Local Jobs

• The Exchange works to provide local people with access to real job opportunities across a diverse range of industries, including health and hospital related services; civil construction; building and trades; administration and hospitality.

• The Exchange helps local business access local people that are well suited to their vacancies. By working with employers, we can identify skills gaps, and co-ordinate quality training and skills development opportunities to further develop local people and local existing workforces. In addition to training and development opportunities,

• The Exchange works with Local Business to advertise vacancies, understand pre-employment requirements, screen candidates and offer businesses a local space to conduct job interviews or information sessions.

The Exchange is a FREE SERVICE to residents and businesses within the Municipality of Melton.
