I am a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant and mother of two. I can help you with sleep issues from birth to 4 years old.

I provide gentle and personal sleep plans to suit you and your family. My support can either be via home consultations or email/chat support.

I take a holistic approach to every situation and look at; but not limited to; weight, nutrition, feeding, environment, sleep training, naps, toddler behaviour, health and well being.
