Dr. Montana graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Montana was raised in northwest Victoria and has a passion for athletics, healthcare and wellbeing. Dr Montana participated in various amateur and semi-professional sports growing up and found that the Chiropractic art and philosophy closely aligned with her personal mantra, her desire to perform at her best, as well as her professional objective which is “to help others.” Montana maintains an elite level of personal fitness and works closely with amateur professional bodybuilders and athletes to harness better performance.

Montana’s humility and good nature, as well as her mission which is to provide thorough care to her patients, make her a brilliant choice to address your unique health complaints. Montana strives to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care. Through Montana’s clinical workings, she endeavours to support the body’s innate ability to restore itself. Montana understands the value and importance of good health for the whole family from children to grandparents.

Montana has previously worked in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, Melbourne’s western suburbs and western regional Victoria. You will see Montana working with local sporting teams, exercising or participating in the great outdoors on her weekends.

Techniques used in practice include needling, cupping, soft tissue work, manual manipulation, joint mobilisation and exercise rehabilitation.
