This Girl Can - reformer Pilates session

STRONG Pilates Caroline Springs are hosting a FREE reformer Pilates session in collaboration with Melton Young Communities.  

Who: Young females between the ages of 16 - 25
When: 16 November, 11am – 12pm
Where: STRONG Pilates, 28-36 Lake St, Caroline Springs VIC 3023

In recognition of This Girl Cans 2024 campaign ‘Together We Are Unstoppable’, Melton Young Communities is collaborating with STRONG Pilates to host a FREE reformer Pilates session – recognising the female right to exercise safely, move freely, embrace physical strength and to celebrate our bodies in all their glorious diversity.
