ANZAC Day dawn service - Melton

Join us in commemorating the 110th anniversary of the Gallipoli landings at the 2025 Melton RSL Sub-Branch ANZAC Day service.

This special day of remembrance honours the service and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.

Dawn Service

Assembly: From 5:30am
Service Begins: 6:00am
Location: Melton Shrine of Remembrance (outside the front of Council Offices)
The community is invited to gather in solemn reflection as we pay tribute to those who served.

Gunfire Breakfast

Time: From 7:00am
Location: Melton Country Club

Following the Dawn Service, members of the public are invited to attend a traditional gunfire breakfast. A gold coin donation is appreciated. Current and former members of the Australian Defence Force are welcome to attend free of charge.

ANZAC Day March

Assembly: From 9:30am
Step-off: 10:00am
Location: Outside Ollie’s Chicken, High Street, Melton

Join or line the route as veterans, current serving personnel, community groups, and families take part in the annual ANZAC Day March.

Two-Up at the Melton Country Club

Time: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Location: Melton Country Club

Dress Code:
Business attire is encouraged. 
Veterans are invited to wear their earned Honours & Awards (medals) on the left-hand side of their chest. 
Everybody is encouraged to wear the earned Honours & Awards of their Next-of-Kin on the right-hand side of their chest.
