Springside Pavilion

Springside Pavilion offers two community spaces for hire. This facility is located at the rear of the Springside Community and Children’s Centre.

• Social room accommodates up to 100 people
• Meeting room accommodates up to 20 people
• Kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, urn) - no crockery or utensils provided.
• Wheelchair access
• Heating and cooling

Access and Parking

This venue can be accessed from 8am until 3pm weekdays.

There is no car parking directly outside the building.  A car park is located on Becca Way approximately 100 metres from the venue.

Fees

SOCIAL room

• Ongoing community user: $11.80 per hour
• Casual community user: $17.10 per hour
• Ongoing community agency user: $15.80 per hour
• Casual community agency user: $21.70 per hour
• Commercial user/private function: $32.50 per hour 

MEETING room

• Ongoing community user: $10.05 per hour
• Casual community user: $12.40 per hour
• Ongoing community agency user: $11.80 per hour
• Casual community agency user: $16.45 per hour
• Commercial user: $28.65 per hour 

Note: additional fees apply to functions or casual hirer for insurance, bond, cleaning and inspections
