Group description:

Melton City Council’s Young Communities Team works with young people aged 11-25 within the Melton municipality. Celebrating diversity and facilitating programs across a large range of activities our youth workers support the growth, wellbeing and aspirations of our community through leadership, excellence and inclusion. We provide leadership opportunities for young people, strengthen networks and partnerships for community members and plan, develop and deliver high quality programs and events that enhance the health & wellbeing within the City of Melton.

Concept:

Young Communities deliver a range of services for youth across the City of Melton. Depicted in this work are colourful representations of their recreational activities, employment services, and assistance for reconnecting with family and friends. The design is deliberately high energy, stylised and bright, aiming to be inclusive and hopeful.
