About Mt Atkinson Art Group
The Mt Atkinson Art Group is an inclusive, welcoming group that respects the diversity of those living in the Melton region, the abilities of each person and the environment they are a part of. Gathering weekly, members of the group enjoy the chance to try new art making mediums in a supportive and inclusive social environment. The group meet at Mt Atkinson Community Centre, a 100-year-old homestead located on 1.3 hectares of land and often work outside, enjoying the benefits of being creative in nature. There is no experience required to join Mt Atkinson Art Group, just a desire to be creative and enjoy the company of others.
