Chronic Diaries
Past Exhibition
Tackling both the seen and unseen impacts of chronic illness, this exhibition is a photographic self-portrait series by Tyler Grace, who shares his journey to wellbeing over the last 17 years.
Challenging and confronting photographs ask viewers to walk in the shoes of a young man overcoming mental and physical illness, with the aim to build understanding in the community and to give sufferers hope for a brighter future.
