City of Melton Learning Festival is back
Published on 09 August 2024
The City of Melton Learning Festival is back for its sixth year – and it’s bigger and better than ever.
Join us for a seven-day celebration of curiosity, learning, fun and knowledge at a series of events for all ages and abilities.
This year’s festival theme is Sustainability, and we are excited to bring you more than 40 earth-friendly programs throughout the week at our libraries and community centres.
With author talks, workshops, DIY crafts, live music and demonstrations – there’s something for everyone.
Kick off the festival at Melton Library and Learning Hub on Saturday 31 August with live music, face painting, demonstrations on gardening and cooking, art workshops and more.
The theme of Sustainability is about hope and the actions we can take to help preserve our environment now and for future generations.
The Melton Learning Festival takes place from 31 August to 7 September.
