Notice of intention to acquire land

469-513 Paynes Road, Rockbank

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot 2 on Plan of Subdivision 138998 and located at 469-513 Paynes Road, Rockbank (the Proposal).  The subject land is shown hatched in ‘red’ on the proposed plan below. 

The Proposal is that the land be purchased by Agreement.
