Notice of intention to acquire land

Melton City Council (Council) gives notice under section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to purchase part of the property known as Lot A on Plan of Subdivision 813544A and located at 1145 Melton Highway, Fraser Rise.

 

The Proposal is that the land be purchased by compulsory acquisition.
