Approximately 3.5km of existing asphalt path along Little Blind Creek and Toolern Creek will be upgraded as a part of Council’s Footpath Renewal program. The design has been developed to respect the cultural heritage within the creek corridor and the trail will follow the existing path with minor refinements. The section of path highlighted will be reconstructed with concrete and widened where possible.

Construction scope:

  • High Street – North side, between Little Blind Creek and Toolern Creek
  • Little Blind Creek – West side between Centenary Avenue and Raleighs Road
  • Little Blind Creek– East side between Centenary Avenue and Roderick Drive
  • Centenary Avenue – North side between Raleighs Road and Yuille Street
  • Toolern Creek – West side between Manson Drive and Brooklyn Road
  • Toolern Creek – West side between Creek Street and Blamey Drive

The footpath will be closed during construction and detours will be in place.
