Bridge Road Regional Playspace
- Completion Date31 October 2016
The Bridge Road Regional Play Space is an exciting new playground situated on Bridge Road in Melton South within Bridge Road Athletics Precinct. It was designed with the input of local kindergarten and primary school children and their parents.
The communities input provided insight as to how children play, interact, discover, socialise and learn. This information was applied in the design process to inform the different areas and types of play across the play space.
The play space includes a variety of play equipment including a flying fox and trampolines, natural play elements such as a sensory garden and water channel, custom play elements such as monkey bars and climbing structures and picnic facilities for the enjoyment of the whole family.
The play space will be a unique facility for the area and hopefully a proud asset for the community to enjoy.
