Arbour Boulevard Reserve

Arbour Boulevard Reserve upgrade provides opportunities for informal recreation, community connection and ensures residents in Burnside Heights have access to quality open space. The development of the reserve creates a greater range of attractors to compliment the open space that has been provided. This project achieves this by creating improved opportunities for local community connection, leisure and recreational activities. 

Works included:

  • shelter and picnic facilities
  • multiple seating points
  • pathway improvements
  • a play space with a variety of equipment
  • outdoor exercise equipment
  • natural play elements
  • tree planting and
  • general landscape works. 

Construction commenced in September 2019 and was completed in July 2020.

This project is jointly funded funded by the Victorian Government Growing Suburbs Fund and Melton City Council.
