2024 Local Government Council election period

From 12pm Tuesday 17 September 2024, Melton City Council entered into an Election Period (caretaker) prior to the 26 October 2024 Council election.
During the Election Period, we are limited to the types of information we can publish to avoid potential breaches of the Local Government Act 2020.

Privacy complaints

If you feel aggrieved by Council's handling of your personal information you may make a complaint to Council's Privacy Officer in the first instance. To do so:

forward details of your complaint, in writing, to Privacy, PO Box 21, Melton Vic 3337 or,
forward details of your complaint by email csu@melton.vic.gov.au or
telephone the Privacy Officer on (03) 9747 7200

Complaints may also be made to the Information Commissioner although the Commissioner may decline to hear the complaint if it has not first been made to Council.
