This is a wellness program for all ages. A one-hour ChiBall class uniquely combines the modalities of Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Relaxation/Meditation with inspiring music.

Strength Training is at the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre!

Strength Training is a program run to help people from all age groups help improve their core strength and also help with rehabilitation processes.

The Strength Training sessions are run on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am -12pm at the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre.

The cost is $5 per person, per session.

Come down to the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 for Casual Play.

All you need is $2 and your own ball. You can shoot some hoops, play a game with your friends and meet new people.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

During the School Holidays times and day vary.

Working bee at Pinkerton Forest on Mothers Day (all mothers welcome!). People are welcome anytime that suits them.
We will be cutting, painting and burning juvenile boxthorn, and collecting windmill grass for revegetation.
An opportunity to explore the forest and see how vegetation is progressing after a controlled burn, and simply enjoy being in this beautiful area. Everyone is welcome, morning tea is provided.

hey dee ho music is an entertainment based music program where musical concepts of beat, rhythm, tempo, pitch and dynamics are introduced in the course of the programs.

At hey dee ho music we aim to provide babies, toddlers, pre- school children and their parents or care givers an opportunity to have fun together sharing the pleasure of music. All activities in the musical program involve adults participating alongside children. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and non threatening. No pressure to participate is placed on any child and minimal restriction is placed on children who spontaneously respond to the music. hey dee ho music is a family activity and younger siblings or grandparents are always welcomed.

$13 per session and we book by the term. Discounts offered for early bookings.

 RSPCA Million Paws Walk

The RSPCA invites you and your dog to take part in the largest event on Melton‘s canine calendar!

Held at Navan Park on Sunday 20 May at 10.00am, this unique 3km Walk is open to everyone and will include food and refreshments plus more on the day.

To secure your place, make sure you pre-register for the event online before May 10 and grab yourself an early bird discount. All funds raised through the Walk will go towards RSPCA programs, adoptions, veterinary services, campaigns and our Inspectorates.

So come on down and enjoy the picturesque view, all while meeting other members of the community and their dogs.

Let's all walk together to raise funds for animals in need!
